  • How long does it take for Hydra-Yoga to ship orders in the USA?
    For accessories delivered within the lower 48 states, we ship orders within 3-8 business days. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail to ensure efficient and affordable shipping costs for our customers. Shipping for complete panel sets and multiple panel studio orders are shipped via ground freight, contact us for details. We will create a custom invoice you can pay online via our website. Fitness Facilities & Yoga Studios businesses have the option to pay 50% at the time of order placement and 50% order balance immediately prior to shipping.

    Since our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your HYDRA YOGAâ„¢ purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within thirty days of the purchase date. If we are unable to solve the problem, we will gladly provide you with return instructions. Please refer to our return policy for information regarding returns. Return Policy for Merchandise Once we have determined that the item is eligible for a return, we will provide you with the return address so that we can process your refund. Returning the item to the incorrect address may invalidate your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
